Monitoring - THESE COUNTIES/STATES ARE EXPERIENCING AN ONGOING DELAYS DUE TO PROCESSES, STAFFING, CLERK ASSISTANCE, REDACTIONS, ETC.

- CA, MULTIPLE COUNTIES: ( Sacramento, Siskiyou, and Solano) - IDs removed from public access, Searches with name matches must be ordered through the clerks. Limited appointments, limited file pulls, and clerk shortages add to the extended backlogs - delays expected. (Marin) - Expect delays in this county as it is clerk assisted and will only verify 6 cases a day. (Riverside)- Clerk assistance required for all records. Records have been averaging 2 weeks. As of 06/04/25; Public access terminals have been down intermittently. Please expect some delays until service is fully restored, which will likely be in the next couple of days.

- GA, MULTIPLE COUNTIES : (Cobb) - Please expect delays on all orders as Cobb’s primary index is currently down for maintenance. No ETA for restoration has been provided at this time. 5/9/25 - Cobb Superior Court has removed all DOBs and additional identifiers from their primary case management system, ICON. Court clerks have stated they will only verify additional IDs on 1-2 cases per day at this time. The court is expected to implement a supplemental system, CMS 360, that will contain additional identifiers, however there is currently no ETA or timeline on when the system will be available to access. Please expect extended delays on all Cobb county criminal orders until CMS 360 has been fully vetted and implemented by the court.


- MO, STATEWIDES : Clears are returning quickly as usual. They are experiencing delays for records due to staffing shortages. Records are now averaging 14 to 16 business days. Please expect continued delays for records.

- MS, MULTIPLE COUNTIES : (Holmes) Pat is up, large backlog, Expect 140 hours for the next 2 weeks. (Itawamba) - The Justice Courthouse caught fire, resulting in the total loss of the building. Court records are inaccessible and a new building location is yet to be determined. For the time being, searches will include only the Circuit Court.

- NH, ALL : 100% clerk assisted. The backlog is growing due to continued court staffing shortages - Turnaround time is now averaging 7-8 business days

- NV, CARSON CITY : Expect slight delays as the district court is currently short staffed.

- OH, CUYAHOGA : Public access to the Cuyahoga County, OH records is restored. Automated searches are still down as IT works on programming the new PAT. At this time this county is only available to court runner searches

(Caldwell) Court is currently working through a backlog, expect temporary delays as they work through it.

(Midland) Please expect delays on all Midland orders due to a security change made to the online primary index requiring an update to our automation. All orders will be completed through conventional research while our team works to update our automation capabilities.

Identified - All Counties - Searches are currently experiencing extended delays due to clerk training and a recent increase in result clerk errors. Due to the number of errors that were found recently, the clerks implemented a new process that is slowing down turnaround times substantially. All results must now be reviewed by one of two head clerks before they can be returned to researchers. This has created a much slower turnaround time for all results. Right now searches are averaging close to 4 weeks.
