Arkansas - Jefferson - District Court delays due to staff shortages.
California - Alpine - Clerk Assisted all searches
California - Imperial - Clerk assisted with possible records - delays should start to shorten in this county over the next several weeks.
California - Lassan - Delays with possible records due to new DOB redaction.
California - Los Angeles - Courthouse public access terminals have been running slow and up and down, causing additional delays.
California - Mono - Clerk Assisted all searches
California - Plumas - Clerk Assisted all searches
California - Riverside - Clerk delays with possible records
California - Sacramento - Delays with possible records
California - San Diego - Slowing as they transition to new court system
California - San Joaquin - Delays with possible records - The court is now limiting usage at the public terminal, causing additional delays. New staff are being trained and the court is closing this week at 1pm each day.
California - San Luis Obispo - Public Access terminal is down, delays should be expected.
California - Siskiyou - Delays with possible records
California - Solano - Delays with possible records
California - Tehama - Clerk Assisted all searches
California - Tuolumne - The court has removed DOB’s from the public access terminal. No process is currently in place to validate possible record matches. Expect extended delays for possible records in this county. Clear searches will continue to be process with minimal delays.
Maine - Staffing issues are causing some delays. Expect 2 week TAT.
Missouri - Statewide Highway Patrol search - 10 - 12 days TAT with possible records.
New Hampshire - All counties - All requests are clerk assisted - 5 - 7 day TAT
Ohio - Sandusky - No Public Access - No ETA
South Carolina - All Courts - address information has been removed. All searches are now being ran as a statewide search. An delay’s may occur at the state level.
Texas - McLennan - Courts updated the system but the records are incomplete - expect delays while this is being resolved.
