All Counties - Searches are currently experiencing extended delays due to clerk training and a recent increase in result clerk errors. Due to the number of errors that were found recently, the clerks implemented a new process that is slowing down turnaround times substantially. All results must now be reviewed by one of two head clerks before they can be returned to researchers. This has created a much slower turnaround time for all results. Right now searches are averaging close to 4 weeks.
